Quality Systems Manager – Llanidloes We're looking for a proactive Quality Systems Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System at our Llanidloes site. You'll ensure compliance with certification, legislation, and customer standards, while promoting a strong food safety and quality culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain site Quality Management Systems. Lead internal audits and support third-party audit readiness. Oversee customer complaints, technical specifications, and document control. Promote food safety culture and support HACCP/TACCP processes. Act as site lead for pest control and product recall tests. Deputise for the Technical Manager when required. Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of GFSI standards (e.g. BRCGS, ISO22000). Experience with HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, and retailer standards. Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Qualifications: Degree in Food Science or relevant experience. HACCP Level 3 (Level 4 desirable), Food Safety Level 3 (Level 4 desirable). Internal Auditor trained; TACCP/VACCP; BPCA (desirable); Lead Assessor/BRCGS auditor trained.
