Talent Management & Engagement Specialist - Banking - Belfast - 9 Months Contract Role We are looking for a strategic and highly capable professional to join an Execution & Relationship Management team, for a banking client, based in Belfast, partnering closely with the global talent management and engagement function. These teams focus on driving organisational capability and employee experience. As a specialist in this role, you will play a crucial part in the business in delivering and enhancing large-scale programmes across global regions, businessess and product lines. This will include driving talent strategies across the business. Key Responsibilities Execute and coordinate a wide range of administrative and operational activities tied to global talent initiatives. Work with HR and business leaders to pinpoint talent gaps, succession needs, and engagement opportunities that strengthen performance and culture. Support workforce capability planning and talent pipeline development aligned with business goals. Lead the end-to-end delivery of mentoring programs, including communications, participant eligibility reviews, matching processes, and ongoing support. Manage cohort-based initiatives, overseeing timelines, launch events, senior speaker participation, and both virtual and in-person engagement sessions. Organise graduation ceremonies, feedback touchpoints, and program evaluations; review data and prepare insights for senior stakeholders. Experience Required: Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR related funcations. Excellent project management experience and strong stakeholder management. Experience working within large matrix financial services businesses, Excellent data analytical skills. Strong programme management experience. Qualifications in HR.
