Our client helps organisations to optimise their IT landscape. They provide assistance from inception to completion of an initiative or provide a more targeted intervention when needed.
They also provide assurance services for in-flight programmes and projects, giving an independent assessment and helping delivery to get back on track when required.

Skills Summary
* 8-12 years’ experience within a management/IT consulting environment.
* Good technical experience: the ideal candidate would possess a breadth of knowledge across corporate IT infrastructure, and still be actively involved/interested in technology
* The ideal candidate should have knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
* International corporate networks
* End-user compute within corporate environments
* Public cloud
* Big data, visualisation and/or analytics
* Additionally, the ideal candidate may possess knowledge of software engineering / development lifecycle and methodologies. However, our focus is more on infrastructure than software.
* Leadership experience – project and programme management experience
* Client lead experience – experience of being consulting lead at a client
* Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle, from early stage (business case development, project initiation) through delivery and onto close-out, transition to operations and benefits realisation.
* Experience working at multiple clients / on a variety of projects.
* Experience working with more junior consultants, with a willingness to help with their professional development
* The ability to produce written work to a high standard, and be comfortable with writing deliverable documents in Word, building useful Excel models (e.g. business case or other financial/delivery related spreadsheets) and producing ‘consulting’ PowerPoint.
* Experience with consulting sales processes, ideally with:
* successful sell-on roles at a client
* Commercial awareness of the consulting model.
* A developing personal network and recognition its value
