Overview
Delivery Team Administrator: you will provide a range of diverse administrative & support duties to the L&D team. These duties can be anything from arranging, attending & note taking for meetings to collating & compiling management information reports. This position requires you to have a keen eye for detail and be highly organised in your daily work approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing & recording information
* Co-ordinating training venues & resources for trainers
* Dealing with enquiries from both internal and external customers
The must haves
* Educated to GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
* Experience in working in a customer focused environment
* Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically, outlook, word & excel)
