Overview:Support the development and delivery of technology-driven projects, performance management processes, and business intelligence solutions to drive service improvement.
Location: Ipswich (2 days onsite per week)
Day Rate: Negotiable
Length: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver and review performance management processes and data to identify and rmend improvements in services.
2. Provide project management and risk management support for technology and process change initiatives.
3. Analyse and report on business intelligence data using IT and web-based applications.
4. Act as a key contact for external software suppliers, supporting system upgrades, user queries, and ongoing development.
5. Develop and deliver training on new IT processes and systems to ensure effective adoption.
6. Research and benchmark best practices in digital transformation and process improvement.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in project management and delivering successful change.
8. Strong working knowledge of IT and web-based applications, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
9. Experience with business process mapping, system integration (APIs, web services), and data analysis.
10. Excellentmunication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
11. Experience in public sector environments.
12. Familiarity with business process reengineering (, LEAN), project management software, and CRM integration.
