The role of Temporary Works Coordinator is a critical position within our infrastructure team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and management of temporary works projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting all aspects of temporary works design and assurance
* Coordinating temporary works activities
* Ensuring design briefs are prepared and approved
* Pre-erection inspection of temporary works materials and components
* Controlling and supervising the erection, safe use, maintenance, and dismantling of temporary works
* Issuing permits to load and dismantle
* Ensuring change control processes are in place
* Carrying out regular audits and surveillance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current TWC CITB Certification or equivalent, and a valid CSCS card
* A degree or equivalent qualification and experience in an engineering-related discipline
* Demonstrable experience in temporary works design/delivery management, ideally on large infrastructure/construction projects
* Strong organizational skills, effective influencing, and communication skills
* Effective stakeholder management skills
* A full driving license
