Assistant Treatments Manager Are you an experienced beauty professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re looking for a confident and motivated Assistant Treatment Manager to support the operational running of our busy Treatments Department and help maintain the exceptional standards Ragdale Hall Spa is known for. About the Role As our Assistant Treatment Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of a large and dynamic treatment department. This role supports the operational delivery of the department by coordinating the supervisory team, ensuring therapist scheduling aligns with business needs, assisting with guest feedback, and maintaining high standards of professionalism across the team. Responsibilities also include supporting absence management, stock coordination, revenue monitoring, and aiding the ongoing development of therapists. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:
1. Coordinate, motivate and guide the supervisory team.
2. Support the scheduling of therapists, ensuring business demands are met smoothly.
3. Assist in responding to guest feedback and maintaining exceptional service standards.
4. Participate in Duty Management responsibilities across the Hall.
People & Development:
5. Support absence management processes and ensure correct procedures are followed.
6. Assist in the development and coaching of therapists to uphold treatment quality and professionalism.
7. Contribute to regular team meetings and communication across the department.
Financial & Stock Management:
8. Monitor departmental revenue, treatment productivity and retail performance.
9. Assist with stock coordination to ensure smooth operational flow.
10. Support accurate completion of daily systems including PeopleXD.
Standards, Safety & Professionalism:
11. Maintain a high standard of hygiene, presentation and professionalism across all treatment areas.
12. Promote a safe, supportive environment for therapists, including wellbeing and recovery support where needed.
13. Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain a harmonious and efficient operations.

Hours of Work 32 – 39 hours per week, working over 4 or 5 days on a rota basis. Salary Competitive, dependent on experience.
