Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit Organisation based in West London who are recruiting for an experienced eRostering Delivery Manager on a permanent basis.
This role is hybrid so travel into the office is required.
Job Summary
The eRostering Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and optimisation of the organisations electronic eRoster system, ensuring efficient, safe, productive and cost-effective staffing across the establishment. This pivotal role supports the alignment of workforce planning with both operational needs and clinical demand.
The eRostering Delivery Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the system, ensuring rosters are accurate, timely, and in line with hospital policies and workforce standards. A key aspect of this role involves building strong, collaborative relationships with managers and departmental leaders across the business. You will work closely with them to understand service needs, offer expert guidance on rostering challenges, and support the development of innovative workforce practices that enhance flexibility and staff well-being.
