Job Title: LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a market-leading, independent estate and lettings agency in South Croydon.
The company has an outstanding local reputation and a thriving lettings department. This is a key position where you will work alongside company directors to grow and develop the lettings business further.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Growing and developing the lettings portfolio
* Valuing and listing new rental properties
* Winning new landlord instructions
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships
* Leading by example and mentoring junior team members
* Working closely with directors on business development strategies
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Extensive experience in residential lettings
* Proven track record in valuations/listing
* Strong sales and business development skills
* Some managerial experience preferred
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Positive attitude, well-presented and self-motivated
* In-depth local knowledge of Purley and surrounding areas
* Full UK driving license and own car
* ARLA qualification desirable
* Professional, enthusiastic and team-oriented
