Job Description

Location - UK, London

We are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to drive the sponsorship sales in relation to Lions Regional Events. This role provides the dynamic opportunity to work across a suite of regional Lions events - including brands such as Cannes Lions, Contagious, and the Effies.

You will report into the Commercial Director of Lions Events and have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects across the year.

Key accountabilities

1. Responsible for driving quarterly sponsorship revenue against Lions events

2. Responsible for developing compelling sales proposals and bespoke product solutions for clients

3. Develop a sales outreach strategy in partnership with our marketing & sales team

4. Maintain retention relationships and drive outbound new business conversations with new clients

5. Manage sponsorships sales and delivery process end-to-end, in partnerships with our operations team

6. Report and forecast on revenue trends - incoming & forecasted on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis

7. Accurate tracking of new business pipeline

8. Partner with finance for any payment queries to ensure seamless transactions

9. Building relationships with key clients, encouraging upsells and repeat business

10. Supporting onsite delivery of Cannes Lions 2026, utilising this moment for future lead generation

11. Supporting ad hoc commercial projects as needed

Qualifications

12. Proven experience in B2B Sponsorship Sales or Event Sales

13. Salesforce proficiency

14. Microsoft Office skills, including deck building in PowerPoint

15. Excellent written and verbal communication

16. Knowledge of the creative marketing industry is a plus

17. Experience in a commercial environment is a plus
