About Our Nursery
Located in Watford, our nursery is Rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity for 46 children. It is situated on the grounds of Watford Hospital with excellent transport links and convenient facilities.

Responsibilities
* Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
* Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet children's diverse needs.
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative high‑performing team.
* Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, making necessary adaptations for additional needs.
* Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and team members.
