About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to support our organisation’s climate change mitigation and adaptation initiatives. In this role, you’ll work across teams to analyse emissions data, assess climate risk, and inform sustainable policies and programmes that strengthen long-term resilience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect, analyse, and report on environmental and emissions data (e.g. GHG inventories, energy use, waste, transport).
2. Support development of decarbonisation plans and resilience strategies.
3. Monitor and evaluate the impacts of climate adaptation and mitigation initiatives.
4. Contribute to sustainability reporting frameworks and compliance (e.g. Carbon Disclosure Project, TCFD, ISO standards).
5. Research and present best practices, policy developments, and innovative climate solutions.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to embed climate action across operations.
About You
7. Degree in environmental science, sustainability, climate policy, or a related field.
8. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience working with datasets, carbon accounting tools, or GIS is a plus.
9. Knowledge of climate change science, risk and resilience frameworks, and sustainability reporting.
10. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
11. Passionate about creating practical, scalable solutions to climate challenges.
