A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAR MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL Lead the daily bar operations at Lady Libertine, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from first sip to final farewell. Inspire, train, and develop a talented bar team, fostering a culture of creativity, confidence, and world‑class service. Curate an innovative drinks offering craft cocktails, premium spirits, and signature serves that reflect Lady Libertine’s bold personality. Oversee stock management, ordering, cost control, and compliance, ensuring the bar runs efficiently and profitably. Work closely with the wider hotel and venue teams to deliver seamless service across all levels of Lady Libertine, including private events and activations. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere, ensuring the bar always looks and feels exceptional.
