Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Oldham for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Geography to join their Humanities department from January 2026.
This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for a passionate teacher who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote curiosity about the world around them. The role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident ECT with strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Geography.

Teaching Geography to KS3 and KS4 students
Planning and delivering creative, high-quality lessons
Assessing progress and supporting students to achieve their best
Contributing to departmental development and wider school life

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teacher of Geography, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
Have experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4
Be able to motivate, inspire, and challenge learners of all abilities
Be able to provide suitable references, hold a valid DBS Check, and have the Right to Work in the UK
