We are looking for a landscape gardener with multi trade building experience, our ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills, enthusiasm, and dedication for every project. You will be instrumental in delivering our acclaimed high-quality builds.

Duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in landscaping with at least 5 years of experience in hard landscaping preferably with some multi trade building works experience.
* Comprehensive knowledge of construction and a good understanding of soft landscaping techniques to undertake a wide range of landscaping tasks including, but not limited to, demolition, construction of hardscape elements (walls, paths, patios, drainage systems, fences, decking), and soft landscape enhancements (turfing, seeding, planting, weeding).
* Proficiency in safely operating a wide range of tools and machinery.
* A valid UK driving license is essential, as the role requires driving company vehicles in the Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
* A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic person who takes great pride in their work and possesses a genuine passion for designing beautiful and functional indoor and outdoor spaces.
* Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* References will be required from former employers, or, if you were self-employed, from past clients.
* Experience is preferred, but training and ongoing development will be available for a suitable candidate. The starting pay rate will align with skill level, with regular reviews and potential increases as skills improve.
Experience and qualifications
- Practical experience in all aspects landscape construction
Mention if you have any Certifications and Training in the following
- NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) in Horticulture or Landscape Gardening
- City & Guilds qualifications in Horticulture or Landscape Gardening
- Apprenticeships in Landscape Gardening or Horticulture
- Professional certifications, such as the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) qualifications
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients
