Improvement Coordinator – Buckinghamshire Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service & Eating Disorders
Are you interested in making a difference in Children and Young People's mental health? Buckinghamshire Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service & Eating Disorders (CAMHs and ED Service) is looking for an Improvement Coordinator to join them on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery on two improvement projects in collaboration with clinical and management colleagues.
* Coordinate a wide range of improvement projects led by clinical leadership roles in the service.
* Ensure regular updates are shared with the Service Senior Leadership Team on all improvement projects.
* Design, develop and implement appropriate reporting to provide assurance to the Senior Leadership Team against key improvement projects.
* Support clinical and operational project leads to deliver improvement projects.
* Develop and maintain all documentation and tracking tools, including detailed project plans, business cases, quality records and action plans for improvement work.
* Oversee the monitoring of a large number of projects, maintaining a high level of analytical skill and attention to detail.
* Coordinate necessary quality and clinical, HR, finance scrutiny and sign‑off as required for improvement projects.
* Maintain and update the Risk and Issue Log and ensure that all risks and issues are managed appropriately, escalating as needed.
