Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Northampton, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. As an Account Director, you will lead customer relationships, manage key accounts, and oversee sales pipeline growth. Qualifications
* Comprehensive experience in Account Management and sales with strong customer relationship skills
* Proven expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to mentor and inspire collaboration
* Solid knowledge of Project Management to oversee client projects and ensure effective delivery
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in using CRM tools and related software to track and manage client engagements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field required
* Familiarity with IT products, services, and industry trends is an advantage
