Duties * Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems. * Provide information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. * Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. * Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and troubleshooting problems. * Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
