Power Platform Support Engineer - Fully Remote - 3 Months
Job Title: Power Platform Support Engineer
Duration: 3 Months extendable
Location: Remote
Rate: £275 per day (outside of IR35)
I’m currently supporting a client that is looking to hire a Power Platform Support Engineer for an initial 3 month remote working contract engagement.
This role will sit within a Business Applications team, supporting a range of customers with day-to-day Power Platform application support and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications within D365 CRM
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Experience working within an application support/helpdesk environment
* Strong customer-facing communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets/tasks in real-time
* A proactive and service-oriented mindset
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs
* Responding to client queries via email and calls
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting Power Platform application issues
* Supporting onboarding activities for new customers
* Building strong customer relationships through regular service review calls
* Working closely with the Team Lead and wider technical team
* Contributing to KPI reporting and continuous service improvement
