Supervisor- Planned Must have SSSTS Kent Up to £38k plus van and fuel card Our Client, a leading construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their planned works division. In a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Admin tasks Manage delivery of works to specification Have several direct reports to manage including RLOs and office staff Pre & post inspections of works Health & safety & quality checks Sign off Properties after works have been completed Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the team Monthly Van inspections Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures Health and Safety compliance maintained Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently. Positive attitude towards work and to work in a growing business Team KPIs, Managing inventories Lead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct to My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned works projects. A valid SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
