This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to work within a well-respected, full-service law firm advising a diverse client base. The Role: Employment Solicitor This role is offered on a full-time basis with a competitive salary around £50,000 – £68,000 per year for 3-5 PQE employment solicitors. Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor: Providing clear and pragmatic advice on a wide range of employment law matters. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and settlement agreements. Managing a varied employment law caseload from instruction through to completion. Advising both employer and employee clients on contentious and non-contentious matters. Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm when required.About you as an Employment Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant employment law experience. Ideally 3+ years’ PQE in employment law (applications outside this range will still be considered). Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload.
