Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team of ~17, including senior managers and material planners across EMEA, driving performance, accountability, and growth.
2. Oversee all aspects of raw materials planning (ingredients, cans, kits) across ~87 countries to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
3. Drive transformation in SAP Materials Management and analytics, ensuring best-in-class processes and systems.
4. Collaborate with Global Procurement, Co-packers, and Operations to align strategy, mitigate risks, and deliver against a 98% casefill target.
5. Manage and develop KPIs, governance processes, and SOPs to enhance control, efficiency, and audit readiness.
6. Play a key role in supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives through proactive material planning and supplier engagement.
