Role Description
This is a full-time, primarily on-site role for a Telecoms Cloud PBX Deployment Engineer, with key coverage areas including Gloucester and the surrounding region, as well as Cambridge and the surrounding region.
The role involves deploying and configuring Cloud PBX solutions, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth integration with networking and operating systems. The engineer will also work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-quality communication services.
Qualifications
* Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
* Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure setup and maintenance.
* Proficiency in system integration and knowledge of Cloud PBX implementation.
* Understanding of operating systems and their configuration for telecom environments.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
* Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Prior experience in telecommunications or a related field is an advantage.
* An understanding in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networking, or a related discipline is preferred.
