What's it all about:
The Maintenance team work closely with ourOperations Team and sites to maintain the upkeep of our venues. You'll play a key role and actively get involved across the following areas:
Repairs to the internal and external fabric ofthe sites
Plumbing and leak repair
Drainage repairs
Carpentry and glazing
Basic electrical repair and safe isolation(for appropriate candidates with electrical knowledge/certification)
Appliance repair
Maintenance work will be carried out re-actively as well as with aplanned/preventative approach.
Providing quality workmanship and following all Urban Pubs and Bars H&S requirements whilst on the job.
What we looking for:
Own van preferable but not essential
Personality and initiative, be proactive, and be self-motivated
Flexible and adaptable, there's always something happening so you'll need to work well under pressure
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and a real team player
Attention to detail, integrity, and good judgement
Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills
Evidence of previous trade roles
