Overview
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
* Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
* Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
* Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
* Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
* Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
* Salary: £28,000–£32,000
Qualifications
* Leaving Cert level education or above
* NVQ qualification or equivalent
* Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Hands on and proactive approach
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Excellent time management
