We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending principles. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while creating an inviting atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of food safety will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Prepare fresh Teas & Coffees for patrons.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience.
* Full Time hours.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Bars crucial, Cocktail Knowledge preferred
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
* A friendly demeanour with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
