The school respond to the individual needs of pupils, assisting them to build strategies to minimise the barriers to their learning, and identifying special education needs and statutory assessment requirements.
They can offer you an opportunity to make a difference, a proactive, dedicated and ambitious team to work alongside and the support from the wider academy trust to further develop your are looking to recruit a Tutor to work as part of their staff team to help further drive the Academy forwards to becoming an outstanding school that meets the needs of all its pupils and commissioners, in an ever changing educational landscape.
You will be skilled in working with children with Special Educational Needs, especially children with SEMH and Communication and Interaction needs and be able to adapt medium term planning to meet individual pupils needs.
You will be able to cover classes to release teachers delivering lessons as well as contributing to planning and evaluation of learning and assist in the recording of pupils progress
