If you're passionate about developing people, shaping strategy, and making a real impact on the shop floor, we’d love to hear from you.**About the Role**Reporting into the Organisation Improvement Manager as a Capability Leader you will be responsible for actively driving capability by acting as a change leader in operational departments .You will actively coach and support the organization to establish a vision, policy and strategy to be successful in reaching the desired capability building culture.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk. **What You Will Do**Your main tasks will include:* Design and deliver targeted training programs to build technical skills and problem-solving capabilities across manufacturing teams.* Lead the rollout and support of the Equipment Ownership framework, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with site goals.* Monitor progress and quality of implementation, providing additional support or adjustments as needed in collaboration with the Operational Improvement Manager.* Develop and standardise best practices, training materials, and skill-boost initiatives to embed continuous improvement.* Foster a culture where crews take ownership of results and problem-solving, supported by strong leadership and coaching.* Actively contribute to capability-building networks and share learnings across teams.* Define skill profiles and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress in manufacturing excellence.* Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, addressing resistance and challenges effectively.* Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring teams to enhance operational efficiency and technical mastery.**Who You Are**The ideal candidate for this role will possess:* Proven leadership with the ability to influence cultural change across teams and senior stakeholders.* Hands-on coaching style with strong credibility and a track record of delivering breakthrough results.* Solid background in manufacturing leadership, operations, and process improvement.* Familiarity with TPM, Lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.* Strong analytical and project/change management skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.* Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder engagement abilities.* Commercially focused, results-driven, and committed to creating value through people and process.**What We Can Offer You**We offer the opportunity to work for a leading global organisation with the potential to advance your career within the fast-moving manufacturing environment.
