Overview
Program Manager, Finance Target Operating Model — Exclusive Networks. Lead the Finance TOM initiative as part of EXN's Value Creation Plans. Requires strategic leadership, experience in operating model transformation, process improvement, automation, and implementation and optimization of shared services.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the Finance TOM transformation program, including design of the target model and implementation of the various projects composing the program.
* Ensuring consistency of the methodology and approach used across the various regional-level TOM initiatives and overseeing the convergence towards a single scalable platform for Finance operations.
* Driving the harmonization of organizational blueprints and Finance roles.
* Supporting the establishment of regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) to process transactional finance activities, including scoping, sizing and transition management; defining service level agreements (SLAs) and governance structures.
* Working with Regional CFOs to establish Knowledge Transfer plans and comprehensive process documentation to ensure business continuity.
* Supporting the implementation of key process and IT enablers (e.g., automation of invoice matching and outbound payments, streamlining of financial closing procedures); managing interdependencies with the overall operating model transformation and centralization of activities.
* Working with Finance BPOs to drive harmonization of Finance processes across countries and regions, ensuring processes are documented and adopted by operational teams within country and SSC structures.
* Coordinating stakeholders, including external advisors and internal stakeholders at Group, regional and local levels; providing guidance to local teams and stakeholders.
* Managing resource allocation and capacity planning; tracking program budget and flagging deviations to senior stakeholders.
* Monitoring program progress and performance through KPI tracking at program and project levels, including measured efficiency gains against the VCP plan.
* Identifying, tracking and mitigating risks and issues; implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Leading regular project reviews and governance meetings; preparing status reports for EXN senior leadership as required.
* Ensuring alignment with EXN policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements, and applicable local regulations.
* Driving change management and adoption initiatives related to the Finance TOM transformation at Group and local levels.
* Carrying out other PMO and program-management activities necessary to achieve EXN's strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, project management, or related field.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in project- and program-management roles, with a focus on SSC/GBS design and implementation.
* Strong background in program management, including Transition Manager experience in large-scale international centralization projects (process placement analysis, FTE sizing, SSC roadmap, Knowledge Transfer, transition monitoring, SSC stabilization).
* Strong knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) design and improvement, especially in Finance; BPM knowledge and proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., MS Visio, Aris, Miro) is a plus.
* Experience with finance improvement or automation projects (e.g., invoice matching, payments automation, financial close optimization with tools like Blackline); experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP) is appreciated.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate transformation initiatives clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive resources without direct reporting lines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills; able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
