You will perform rapid‑deployment site inspections and manage live‑breach incidents securely, acting as the critical link between the client, our control room, and emergency services.</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Rapid Incident Response:</b> Deploy immediately upon dispatch from the control room to investigate commercial and residential alarm activations across North London.</li><li><b>Key-holding & Access Management:</b> Safely transport and utilise client keys and digital access tokens to enter premises, following strict custody protocols.</li><li><b>Perimeter & Interior Patrols:</b> Conduct thorough, vigilant physical inspections of properties to detect signs of forced entry, vandalism, fire, or structural damage.</li><li><b>Emergency Liaison:</b> De‑escalate security threats, secure breached perimeters, and liaise directly with the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade, or client key‑holders.</li><li><b>System Resetting & Reporting:</b> Reset alarm panels, secure properties following an incident, and complete highly detailed, digital incident reports via the company mobile app before leaving the site.</li><li><b>Visual Deterrence:</b> Execute scheduled, random mobile patrol visits to high‑profile sites to maintain a highly visible security presence.</li></ul><p><b>Mandatory Candidate Requirements</b></p><p><b>1. Professional Licensing</b></p><ul><li>Must hold a valid, active <b>SIA Frontline Licence</b> (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).</li><li>An additional <b>SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) Licence</b> is highly advantageous.</li></ul><p><b>2.
