My clients have an exceptional reputation and are keen to add a personable, strong communicator to their team. The role requires somebody from a customer service/customer facing background and you MUST have a UK driving license.

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Duties
* Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
* Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
* Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback.
* Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
* Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
* Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
* Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants.
Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Experience within a customer service or customer facing role is essential.
* Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages.
* You must be able to drive and have a full, clean driving license.
