Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and work with strong team management skills. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience, setting the tone for their day.
Duties
* Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
* Train, supervise, and motivate breakfast staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficiency.
* Assist in ordering supplies to ensure the breakfast store is well-stocked.
* Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns to enhance their experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire staff effectively.
* A background in hospitality is highly desirable, along with bartending experience being a plus.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
* Full flexibility to work across the 7 day week, including weekends & bank holidays.
