What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead from the front, heading up the Trust Tax team, delivering complex and strategic advice on trust structures, IHT planning and succession strategies. Day-to-day you will:
* Oversee a dynamic team of advisors and inspire their development
* Act as the go-to for HNW individuals, families, and trustees
* Drive compliance and advisory excellence across a broad portfolio
* Be a key player in business development and client relationship management
* Collaborate across departments, upskilling others and identifying opportunities
* Work closely with leadership on shaping the strategic direction of the Tax department
About You
* An experienced Senior Manager or Director in Private Client/Trust Tax
* ATT or CTA qualified (STEP desirable), with deep technical expertise
* A proven team leader and inspiring mentor
* Confident in building trusted client relationships at a senior level
* A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for opportunity and risk
* Motivated, professional and driven to make a difference
