The Role – Contract WIP Loss Adjuster:
Our General Property team are at the heart of our business: As a Commercial/Domestic Contract Loss Adjuster, you’ll be managing a caseload of WIP through to conclusion.
What You Will Be Doing – Contract WIP Loss Adjuster:
You’ll be supporting our valued clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims, up to the value of £100k. These can vary in complexity so it’s essential that you’ll put yourself in the shoes of the policy holder, appreciate each situation differently by investigating each claim with tact and a calm manner, establishing the facts, policy details and work towards a resolution.
* Build client relationships through management and delivery of SLA’s and KPI’s
* Liaise with colleagues in different business areas, such as Major & Complex Loss
* Resolve problems and collate all necessary details to ensure swift settlement whenever possible
* Collating and record all necessary statements and information as required
* Remove barriers and understand the cause of issues to resolve issues
About You – Contract WIP Loss Adjuster:
We’re looking for talent: Experienced Adjusters who enjoy providing solutions. Previous Loss Adjusting or complex high value Claims Handling experience is essential for this role. Additionally, we’d like you to have/be:
* ACII or CILA qualified, however candidates who are qualified by experience are just as welcome to apply
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives
* Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
* Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting arena
* Understanding of Client SLA compliance/productivity/quality requirements
* To understand what matters to the customer and to put this first – putting yourself in their shoes
* Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Full UK driving licence
