Equans is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Member to join our team based at Quorum Business Park on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
You'll be based at our brand new, super modern Shared Services office in Newcastle, which is a dynamic multifunctional operation, where our people are committed to delivering great services that enable our business to meet its goals.

What will you deliver?
1. Point of contact for procure to pay queries.
2. Invoice processing.
3. Accurate data entry.
4. Scanning and batching of invoices.

Who are we looking for?
17. Previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable environment - desirable.
18. Use of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
19. Data entry skills.
20. Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
21. Good attention to detail.
22. Good negotiation skills.
23. Reasonable flexibility to meet business needs.
24. Demonstrate accuracy/attention to detail.
This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
