Complex Care Support Worker – Winsford
We Change Lives is seeking a caring and dedicated Support Worker to provide person‑centred care at Chapel House and Crook, both 3L services based in Winsford.

* Service: 3L – Chapel House / Crook
* Location: Winsford
* Hours: 1 × 36 hours per week
* Pay: £12.21 per hour
About the Setting
Chapel House: a former school building with 10 personalised bedrooms, a spacious lounge, 5 bathrooms, private garden and a sensory room. Crook: six‑bed home with wheelchair‑friendly design, lounge, dining area, private garden and summer house.
Both homes offer round‑the‑clock nursing care for people with acquired brain injury and complex health needs.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care, hygiene and daily living activities.
* Deliver behavioural support, fostering independence and confidence.
* Build and maintain positive relationships through effective communication.
* Participate in person‑centred planning and care activities.
* Assist with meal preparation, on‑site laundry and house‑keeping tasks.
Qualifications
* Basic training and qualifications are provided on the job.
* Passion for helping people with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
* Strong communication and empathy skills.
* Ability to work within a team and respect person‑centred values.
