Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee & Support the management with the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff & customers.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards
* Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for complete satisfaction
* Implement training programmes for new staff on food safety, service techniques, and hospitality standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant & Bar settings or a similar role within the hospitality industry
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
* Previous experience in team leader roles is advantageous
* Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
