Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration
* Oversee planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects to meet budget and quality targets
* Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards
* Build strong client relationships and respond to feedback professionally
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project integration
* Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across engineering processes
* Develop strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives
* Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to regulations
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects
* Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and standards
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Familiarity with health, safety and environmental best practices
* Ability to travel outside of the UK as needed (2–3 trips per year)
Desirable
* Experience in the oil and gas industry
