Residential Conveyancer - Sutton Coldfield

Our client is a progressive high-street practice with a strong focus on residential conveyancing. The firm offers full wrap around support to enable the conveyancer to focus on the main part of the transaction without being bogged down in the administrative and post completion tasks that can be involved with the usual conveyancing roles. On top of this the firm's employees only work their contracted hours, with the office being closed shortly after 5pm so genuine work life balance is on offer!
Due to continued growth and expansion, the firm is seeking a residential conveyancer with at least three years’ experience to join its Sutton Coldfield office.
The Role:
* Managing a caseload of sales, purchase, and remortgage matters independently but working alongside a highly experienced property solicitor
* Engaging with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
* Support available for new business quotes, file openings, and post-completion work, your focus will be on the main part of the transaction
About You:
* 3+ years' experience in conveyancing as a fee earner
* Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paperlite environment
* Ability to manage files from instruction to completion
* Open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced non-qualified fee earners
