Puro Associates are currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a developing Clinical Negligence team on behalf of a large global legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional with Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury experience looking to advance their career within a dynamic and highly regarded firm.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor Role:
* Manage a diverse caseload of defendant legal matters, offering expert guidance to a broad client base.
* Draft legal documents, facilitate negotiations, and oversee the mediation process for claims.
* Prepare and present cases in court, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural standards.
* Serve as the primary client contact, providing commercially focused legal advice in line with client protocols.
* Contribute to non-fee-earning activities such as knowledge sharing, training, business development, and content creation.
Experience and skills required for the Clinical Negligence Solicitor position:
* Newly qualified or experienced solicitors with a keen interest of working within Clinical Negligence, with expertise in litigation
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload using case management systems.
* A client-focused approach, with the ability to provide practical and commercial legal advice.
* A team-oriented individual with a strong interest in guiding and supporting junior colleagues.
