Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bexhill-on-Sea. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent roles within the healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions (e.g. nurses, carers, support workers).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Match candidate skill sets to client needs and job roles.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to post-placement follow-up.
* Advertise job vacancies on various platforms and manage inbound applications.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and candidates.
* Ensure all compliance and regulatory checks are completed accurately and on time.
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare or social care sector.
* Strong understanding of temporary and permanent placement processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of healthcare compliance (DBS checks, right-to-work, etc.) is highly desirable.
