Title: Order Processor
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Process a high volume of incoming orders within agreed SLAs
* Coordinate with indirect channel partners to fully understand order requirements
* Liaise with other members of the order management department to assist any queries or issues raised from channel partners
* Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery, and tracking
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in order processing and management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised to coordinate with other departments effectively
* Confident CRM/order management database user
