As the Assistant Aftersales Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
13. Assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel management and service department operations
14. Organising and optimising available resources to deliver exceptional customer service
15. Leading by example to motivate and develop your team
16. Ensuring the dealership’s aftersales operations are efficient and profitable
17. Building long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
18. Demonstrating technical product knowledge and effective communication
19. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction
20. Supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance business performance
The ideal candidate will possess:
21. Proven experience in an automotive main dealer environment
22. Strong organisational and communication skills
23. Technical competence (NVQ, ATA, HFC or similar)
24. Full, valid driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points
25. Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
26. Self-motivation, resilience, and a genuine passion for the motor trade
27. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
This role offers a basic salary of £37,440.00 plus the opportunity to earn additional bonuses and benefits.
