We are recruiting Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities:
1. Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes, needs, and support plans, participating in plan development where applicable.
2. Ensure the safety of individuals by taking appropriate safeguarding actions to protect their welfare from abuse.
3. Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
4. Assist service users in participating in social activities, managing finances and medication, practical tasks at home, and supporting personal care and healthcare respectfully.
5. Act as an informal contact for the service users' support network, including families and social workers.
6. Accurately report and record issues related to care and support to monitor health and wellbeing.
7. Comply with health and safety regulations, prioritizing the safety and welfare of others.

Employment Details:
* Roles are paid at £12.21 per hour, approximately £26,652.72 annually for a 42-hour week. Salaries are pro-rated based on hours worked.
* Flexible working hours/shifts available to accommodate personal commitments.
* Successful candidates require an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting.
* Initial comprehensive induction, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing.
* Support to complete the Care Certificate and achieve a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
