Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager, you will:
* Support the day-to-day running of the retail store, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer service
* Drive sales performance and retail KPIs through coaching and leadership
* Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
* Oversee stock management, cash handling, and store safety procedures
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming retail environment

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within retail
