We’re looking for a curious and commercially-minded Product Analyst to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about improving customer outcomes through evidence-based product decisions. Product Insight & Analysis Analyse product usage, customer behaviour and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks Develop dashboards and reports to support product decision-making Conduct deep dives into product features and user journeys Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering to shape product roadmaps Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and hypotheses Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner Document and maintain product activities, user stories, training documentation and user guides, through a central knowledge base augmented with generative AI Continuous Improvement Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives Contribute to the development of KPIs and success metrics Help build scalable analytics processes and documentation What will you need? Experience in product analytics, business intelligence or data analysis Passionate about product development and software as a service as a long-term career Understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies You’ll be a self-starter who embraces change and always asks questions of the perceived norm Excellent communication and storytelling skills
