Job Description
* Build and strengthen new and existing client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and increased sales.
* The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
* Maintain accurate client records making any changes to CRM system.
* Work with sales manager and other internal teams to develop strategic sales and marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
Develop a good understanding of e92plus products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
* Engineering: Proficiency in C# and expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
* Design Tools: Deep hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
* Brand Expertise: A proven track record of implementing and maintaining strict brand guidelines and design systems across large-scale digital platforms.
* UX Principles: Solid understanding of user-centred design (UCD), accessibility standards (WCAG), and information architecture.
* Collaboration: Strong ability to "translate" between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
