Warehouse Supervisor
Healthy Bean Ltd is a leading provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role will involve warehouse duties, stock-checking and customer-facing responsibilities, providing an opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics, customer service, and a desire for independent working.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations:
* Efficiently receiving, storing, and shipping products.
* Picking and packing orders accurately.
* Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Managing stock rotation with forklift driving
* Managing a small team of warehouse associates
Inventory Management:
* Conducting regular inventory checks.
* Updating inventory records accurately.
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS
* Valid UK driving licence (Category B).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* 4-5 years of prior warehousing experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties.
* Forklift license is a must
* Positive team player attitude
WHATS ON OFFER
* Salary: c.£25,000 – c.£27,000
* Commission / Discretionary bonuses dependent on performance (10% of salary based on KPIs).
