Your Role as Compliance Administrator Job Purpose The Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all activities relating to the continuance of Reconomy Connect - London's ISO accreditations are carried out and continually improved in line with ISO9001. This will include monitoring and following up of the Health and Safety requirements under ISO45001, that are the responsibility of the Health & Safety Manager and working alongside all depts to ensure Environmental and Quality aspects (ISO14001 and ISO9001) are at the forefront of the business. This will include interaction with Group Compliance and Sustainability teams and assisting in the delivery of reports as required. Working under the guidance of the Quality Manager, He/She will develop and manage work systems to ensure that the services of the company meet the highest quality standards for our clients and that Reconomy Connect meets the requirements of Group Policies, ISO Standards and Government legislation. Key Responsibilities Monthly office, workshop and grounds H&S visual inspection checks Monthly review and follow up of regular H&S and maintenance checks Monitoring of Risk Assessment completions Maintenance of internal Improvement log with follow up of all depts Maintenance of various registers relating to ISO standards. Other compliance and administration/monitoring work as directed by the Quality Manager Key Skills/Experience Some experience of working with ISO is essential, preferably with one or more of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001. Excellent organisational and administration skills. Good grades at GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Systems and Reporting Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel and Word).
