As a Network Manager Vice President, within the Network Management team in the Commercial Investment Bank Digital & Platform Services organization, you will be responsible for managing the. Morgan’s Lines of Business (“LOBs”) relationships with their network of Agent Banks (Cash Agent Banks). With c 200 employees, the Network Management team is located in London, Bournemouth, Brooklyn, Delaware, Tampa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai & Hyderabad to provide coverage of markets and selected clients.
Job responsibilities
1. Manages all aspects of Agent Bank relationships in selected markets
2. Maintains strong relationships with the lines of business and other partners, being able to articulate the key business strategies and requirements
3. Maintains deep understanding of the markets assigned and strong ability to apply knowledge to support the Business and client needs and strategies – identifying solutions and delivering required outcomes
4. Provides thought leadership around market and regulatory change, having a deep understanding of how this will impact the Businesses and clients
5. Is accountable for the delivery of Agent Bank change in assigned markets, identified via the due diligence process, and business and client needs
6. Ensures market information review requests are expedited to ensure swift delivery to Businesses and clients
7. Responds promptly and effectively to any market specific enquiries and escalations received from Businesses, clients, and Network Management colleagues
8. Represents Network Management in new business initiatives (NBIs), to evaluate and identify risks associated with new / prospective engagements, products, or businesses
9. Participates in and contribute to committees and governance forums as required
10. Contributes to special projects and initiatives as needed as required and potential to represent. Morgan at Industry level
11. Acts as main point of contact for management of crisis events impacting the covered markets, communicating, and coordinating activities across stakeholders and partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
12. Experience with cash products, liquidity management and payment processes
13. Strong experience in TPO, risk, control, and regulatory management
14. Strong relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills
15. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
16. Ability to “join the dots” and evidence good judgment under pressure
17. Ability to identify and negotiate innovative solutions to challenges and issues
18. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work across the global Network Management team and across. Morgan, developing partnerships with the LOBs and functional areas such as Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology
19. Attention to detail combined with an ability to absorb information and develop a strategic approach including ability to commercialize strategic initiatives
20. Strong analytical skills, particularly with regard to assessing risk
21. Strong team player, able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic business environment

22. Previous Network Management experience
23. Previous experience in cash related products and services
24. Previous experience working with agent banks and and FMIs
